Subtle wit and self-deprecating charm with 'Spot of Tea' moments. Four content pillars: The BA Chronicle (heritage storytelling), Destination Diaries (curated travel guides), The Art of Service (staff excellence), and Aviation Insights (innovation, sustainability).

Learning Outcome
